What is the return & refund policy?
Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. A 30% restocking fee applies. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds (minus the restocking fee) are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after inspection.

Are any purchases final sale?
All new products can be returned within our standard return period, provided they are in their original condition. However, all used equipment purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
When will I get my order?
We prepare orders immediately after purchase. Delivery time depends on your distance from our warehouse—most orders arrive the next day or within a few days, but some locations may take up to two week.
Do you offer product warranties?
Yes. All new and used equipment comes with a standard 1-year warranty.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the equipment size and delivery distance. For nearby locations, we sometimes offer in-house delivery for up to $100. For most shipments, we use Freightcom to find the best rates.
