Can I bring my equipment to your location?

Is my equipment under warranty?
All new equipment purchased from Tiger Commercial Equipment comes with a 12-month parts and labor warranty covering defects in material or workmanship. If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies, start a live chat with your serial number and purchase date.
Do you carry parts for all your products?
Yes — we stock or source high-quality replacement parts for all the equipment we sell. This includes batteries, wheels, hydraulic pumps, controllers, brushes, drive motors, and more. If it's a wear item or critical component, we either have it or can get it fast.
How long will my repair take?
Turnaround time depends on the issue and part availability. Simple repairs may be completed within 1–2 business days. More complex issues or part sourcing may take longer. We'll always keep you updated after inspection.
Do you repair equipment not purchased from you?
