While our mobile technicians focus on a 150km radius around Scarborough, we support our customers across Canada with priority parts shipping and remote technical troubleshooting. If your unit is under warranty, we work to ensure your components are delivered fast to minimize downtime.

Where do you ship parts to?

We ship Tiger OEM and compatible parts to all provinces and territories in Canada. Most common parts are stocked in Scarborough for immediate dispatch.

What regions do you cover for on-site labor?

Our mobile team regularly visits sites from Niagara and Hamilton in the west, to Barrie in the north, and Peterborough/Oshawa in the east.

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

Contact TCE Service with your equipment serial number and photo/video evidence. Our technicians reserve the right to determine if a failure is a manufacturing defect or user-induced stress.
