Tiger Pro Warranty – Structural & Component Coverage

1. Scope of Warranty
The Tiger Pro Warranty applies to all new commercial equipment sold and operated in Canada by Tiger Commercial Equipment Inc. (TCE). This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
2. Tiered Warranty Coverage
24-Month Structural Assurance (Chassis & Forks)
TCE warrants the main structural chassis and forks against cracking or catastrophic failure due to proven manufacturing defects for twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery.
12-Month Component Protection
TCE warrants that all other engineered assemblies are free from manufacturing defects for twelve (12) months from delivery, including:
- Drive motors & Transmissions
- Hydraulic pumps & valves
- Electronic controllers & onboard chargers
3. Strict Exclusions & Liability Limits
This warranty is a Limited Warranty and covers only failures caused by a proven error in factory materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
- User Error: Damage from collisions, impacts, or dropping loads.
- Structural Stress: Bends or cracks caused by exceeding rated load capacities.
- Environmental Exposure: Corrosion, rust, or fluid breakdown due to storage conditions or chemical exposure.
- Unauthorized Tech: Any repair or modification performed by non-TCE personnel.
- Battery Neglect: Damage from improper charging or leaving batteries discharged.
Routine Wear Items (Never Covered)
Tires, brake pads, filters, hoses, and seals are considered wear-items and are excluded from all coverage.
4. Claim Procedure & Authority
TCE reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine if a failure is a manufacturing defect or the result of user-induced stress.

5. Remedies & Liability Disclaimer
If a claim is approved, TCE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part. TCE's liability is strictly limited to the cost of the part/repair and excludes all consequential damages including downtime, rental costs, or lost profits.
6. Legal Rights
Except as stated herein, TCE disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
