Industrial Strength Protection Backed by Tiger Commercial Equipment Inc.
1. Scope of Warranty
The Tiger Pro Warranty applies to all new commercial equipment sold and operated in Canada by Tiger Commercial Equipment Inc. (TCE). Coverage is exclusive to the original purchaser and is strictly non-transferable.
2. Tiered Warranty Coverage
24-Month Structural Assurance
TCE warrants the main structural chassis and forks against cracking or catastrophic failure due to proven manufacturing defects for 24 months from delivery.
12-Month Component Protection
Covers all other engineered assemblies including drive motors, transmissions, hydraulic pumps/valves, electronic controllers, and onboard chargers.
3. Strict Exclusions
This is a Limited Warranty covering only factory materials or workmanship. It does not cover:
- User Error: Collisions, impacts, or dropping loads.
- Structural Stress: Bending/cracking from exceeding rated capacities.
- Battery Neglect: Improper charging or deep discharge damage.
- Routine Wear: Tires, brake pads, filters, and seals are never covered.
4. Claim Authority
TCE reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine if a failure is a manufacturing defect or the result of user-induced stress.
To initiate: Contact TCE Service with your serial number and photo/video evidence.
5. Remedies, Labor & Liability Disclaimer
If a claim is approved, TCE will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part. This warranty covers the cost of replacement components only.
- Service Fees: Mobile service travel fees and shop labor rates are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Limitation: TCE's liability is strictly limited to the cost of the replacement part and excludes all consequential damages including downtime, rental costs, or lost profits.
